Refund & Return Policy

At Oasis Longevity GmbH (“OASIS”), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our curated services and products. As a platform connecting you with independent health professionals (“Partners”) and offering select wellness products, our refund and return policies differ depending on whether you have booked a service or purchased a physical product. 

Please read the following policy carefully. 

 

1. Services & Appointments 

This section applies to all bookings made for consultations, treatments, coaching sessions, or other time-based services provided by OASIS Concierges or OASIS Partners. 

 

1.1 Cancellation & Rescheduling (48-Hour Rule) 
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. 

How to cancel: To ensure your cancellation is processed correctly and your refund is issued, you must contact OASIS directly by emailing info@oasis-longevity.ch. Cancellations made directly with the Partner may not be processed in time for a refund. 

Refunds: If you cancel 48 hours or more before the appointment via OASIS, you will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee to your original payment method. 

 

1.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows 
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or if you fail to appear for your appointment (“No-Show”): 

The service is deemed rendered. 

No refund will be issued. 

The full amount of the booking will be retained to compensate the Partner for the reserved time slot and administrative efforts. 

 

1.3 Cancellations by OASIS or Partners 
In the unlikely event that OASIS or a Partner must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of: 

Rescheduling to a new date at no additional cost. 

Receiving a full refund of the paid amount. 

 

1.4 Satisfaction 
Services are non-tangible goods. Therefore, refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by a Partner, please contact us at info@oasis-longevity.ch so we can address your concerns and facilitate a resolution. 

 

2. Physical Products 

This section applies to physical goods (e.g., supplements, skincare, equipment) purchased directly through the OASIS online store. 

 

2.1 Return Eligibility 
You have the right to return physical products within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return: 

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. 

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, skincare products, or other hygiene-sensitive items. 

The item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

 

2.2 How to Initiate a Return 
To start a return, please contact us at info@oasis-longevity.ch with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. 

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

2.3 Refunds for Products 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. 

Rejected: If the item is opened, used, or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund. 

 

2.4 Damaged or Defective Items 
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@oasis-longevity.ch with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
