For optimal insight into your body and metabolism, I use spiroergometry in addition to caliper and BIA measurements. This forms the basis of nutritional diagnostics and offers a unique insight into your physical limitations and abilities. You 
also ride the bicycle ergometer under stress, which provides precise insight into your metabolism. The data obtained, such as heart rate zones, cardiac pumping volume, lung size in relation to your body composition, aerobic and anaerobic metabolism, and fat and carbohydrate burning, show me where you stand even more individually. All of this enables a customized, personalized nutrition plan for everyday life and training, as well as training recommendations. 
For beginners, it offers the ideal basis for starting exercise correctly and efficiently. 
For people who already train, it is practically essential. The analysis & consultation includes the following measurements (time required approx. 2.5 hours, can also be split into 2 appointments) -medical history -Questionnaire Regeneration & Needs -Caliper & BIA measurement -Spiroergometry including lactate measurement -Nutrition & training plan adjustments Preparation: Do not do any intensive exercise or consume alcohol 24 hours before Sportswear - cycling shorts recommended. Do not eat anything on an empty stomach in the morning or 4 hours before the appointment and choose a light meal beforehand Do not consume any caffeinated drinks (coffee, black tea, cola, etc.) on the day of the CHECK UP Duration: 2.5 hours
