Preparation:
Do not engage in any intensive sports activities or consume alcohol 24 hours prior.

Preparation for the spiroergometry appointment:

Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol consumption for 24 hours beforehand.

Sportswear - cycling shorts recommended.
Do not eat anything 4 hours before the appointment and choose a light meal beforehand.

A small snack in the morning; no caffeinated drinks (coffee, black tea, cola, etc. ) until 90 minutes before
the analysis .
