Metabolic analysis – Understand your body better

With COMPLETE, we at Unique Diagnostics will accompany you for several months as you design your nutrition and training plan. Thanks to five comprehensive modules, you will learn how nutritional diagnostics can help you reach your potential and reduce stress in a targeted manner in order to achieve your goals.

Initial analysis: 150 min

Medical history, questionnaire to determine regeneration and needs, caliper measurement, BIA measurement, calorie requirement measurement, spiroergometry, creation of a customized nutrition and training plan
Evaluation and joint definition of goals

Telephone consultation after 7 days: 20 min

1st appointment and 1st milestone after 4-6 weeks: 45 min

  • Medical history, questionnaire to determine recovery and needs, caliper measurement, BIA measurement
  • Adjustment of your nutrition and training plan

2nd appointment & 2nd milestone after 4-6 weeks: 90 min

  • Medical history, questionnaire to determine recovery and needs, caliper measurement, BIA measurement, calorie requirement measurement, spiroergometry with lactate measurement
  • Adjustment of your nutrition and training plan

Final appointment after 6 weeks: 60 min

  • Medical history, questionnaire to determine recovery and needs, caliper measurement, BIA measurement
  • Adjustment of your nutrition and training plan
  • Evaluation and joint definition of further goals

The difference to the BASIC PACKAGE is that you also cycle under load, which provides an accurate insight into your metabolism and checks the following parameters: breathing, heart rate zones, aerobic and anaerobic metabolism, fat and carbohydrate burning, including lactate formation rate.

Preparation:

  • Do not engage in intensive exercise or consume alcohol 24–36 hours beforehand.
  • Fasting in the morning, or do not eat anything 4 hours before the appointment and choose a light meal beforehand.
  • Do not consume any caffeinated beverages (coffee, black tea, cola, etc.) on the day of the CHECK-UP.

Sportswear: Cycling shorts are recommended.
